Innovation Collaboration Doctrine:

Innovator Participation:

Any Innovators inclusion on any project, or with the Hays Division as a whole, will be by invitation from the Hays Division Board of Directors or its designee.

Innovators Sole Discretion:

All projects participated in by Innovators are of the Innovators sole discretion,and freedom unless a contract for services has been agreed upon and signed by Hays Division Board of Directors or its designee.

Innovators Deserved Credit:

Any participation in a Hays Division Project will include all Innovators specific participation perpetually, to include code tags, credit mentions and copyright accreditations via any form available, but not less than credit tags.

Innovator Agreement:

Any individual who wishes to participate as an innovator with Hays Division Innovation Labs must confirm by writing their consent to abide by the Hays Division Innovation Collaboration Doctrine and will receive the rewards of such collaboration and accreditation that this agreement holds.

Project Monetary Gains:

Any monetary gains from a project or commercial spin offs from projects will take each individual's participation value at the time of monetary gains or commercial capitalization into account and accredited individuals with a percentage of such gains based on percentage of participation directed by Hays Division Board of Directors or its designee. If contested, an outside arbiter will be decided upon by both parties and both parties will abide by the arbiter's judgement.
